About Our Group
What Makes Us Different?
Networking comes in many shapes and sizes, from chambers of commerce that foster community-wide connections to structured referral groups like BNI and Goldstar that focus on passing leads. Even smaller, local leads groups play a critical role in helping professionals connect and grow. Our group is a little different. We bridge the gap by offering a casual, approachable space where meaningful connections happen naturally. There’s no pressure to exchange referrals or stick to a rigid agenda—just the opportunity to meet like-minded professionals, build relationships, and find the support you need to thrive in your career.
We encourage our members to explore the full networking landscape and use our group as just one of many tools to grow their connections. By branching out and combining different approaches, you can create a truly well-rounded network that works for your unique goals.
Get to Know Our Team

Andrea Gorgen
Andrea is an Employee Benefits Sales Executive at Marshall & Sterling, where she helps businesses all over New York and surrounding areas take the headache out of managing their team’s benefit offerings. She focuses on working closely with her clients to find smart, practical solutions that make their lives easier and their teams stronger. Whether it’s navigating tricky insurance options or building a better benefits package, Andrea brings a personal touch to everything she does.
Before diving into employee benefits, Andrea excelled as a travel agent and territory sales executive, earning recognition as a “top rookie” and “rising star” along the way. Her focus now is on helping employers navigate the complex world of health insurance with ease, combining industry expertise and a client-first approach.
A graduate of SUNY Oneonta with a degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Communications, Andrea is also a proud member of Marshall & Sterling’s Presidents Club. When she’s not working, you can find her on the volleyball court or volunteering with the Red Cross.
